Working closely with senior colleagues across the wider practice, you’ll help integrate commercial finance into broader client conversations, strengthen existing relationships and develop new opportunities.
There is also genuine scope to influence how the service develops, using market feedback and commercial insight to help refine and scale the offering.

About You
You’ll need:
- Proven experience in commercial finance, banking or a related advisory role.
- A track record of identifying and converting opportunities into revenue.
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence discussing funding requirements with businesses.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing a pipeline of commercial activity.
- A proactive, self-driven approach.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
An existing network across the East Anglia SME or professional services market would be advantageous.
Experience working across multiple service lines, knowledge of a broad range of funding solutions or previous involvement in developing a new service offering would also be beneficial.
